Richmond is a premier neighborhood of custom homes located in a growing area of western Mobile County in Alabama. The Richmond Property Owners Association is made up of concerned homeowners who are dedicated to promoting a high quality of life for our residents and maintaining the highest possible value for our properties.

Participation by our property owners is critical to our success. Board meetings are open to all property owners and you are encouraged to attend and give us your input. We also need people to serve whether on the board, or one of our committees, or simply volunteering some time to deliver newsletters or do some odd jobs around the neighborhood. Whatever you can do to help, this is our association and it is only going to be as good as we make it.
